Travel to the Conference

By Bus – From Carcassonne the ‘liO 402’ bus goes to Limoux, Couiza, Esperaza and Quillan.  The fare is around €2.

By Air – The nearest Airport is Carcassonne.  It is served by Ryanair from Manchester, East Midlands, London Stanstead, Dublin, Bournemouth, Brussels Charleroi, Cagliari, Cork, Porto, Tangier.

By Train – The nearest Train Station is Carcassonne.

By Ferry & Road – Brittany Ferries have two main options. A – Portsmouth or Plymouth to Bilboa or Santander.  The derive from Bilboa to Couiza is 319 miles thorough the country and 340 miles via the motorways. B – Portsmouth to St Malo.  St Malo to Couiza is 547 miles.

There is also the DFDS Ferry from Dover to Calais and the Channel Tunnel.

Car Hire – You can hire a car from one of the many internationally recognized car hire agencies situated right next to Carcassonne Airport.
