Day 1.

Day 2.
- Kirkmadrine Church Stones

- Break in Wigtown – Scotland’s Book Town
- Drumtroddan Cup and Ring Markings
- Drumtroddan Standing Stones
- Ferry accross to the Isle of Arran & Hotel
Day 3.
- Today we will have a tour around the Isle of Arran, taking in the many ancient, megalithic sites, including the magnificent Machrie Moor collection.
Day 4.
After breakfast in the hotel we will take the ferry to the Kintyre Peninsula and head north to Kilmartin Glen. This ancient landscape:-

Our journey will then take us to the picheresque village of Killin and our next hotel (B&B basis), for the next two nights,.
Day 5.
A free day to rest and take in the village of Killin and the magnificent Killin Stone Circle that is within walking distance. The village sits on the Falls of Dochart, a spectacular series of rapids, at the western end of Loch Tay. The village is also surrounded by the mountains of Breadalbane and is at the edge of the Ben Lawers National Nature Reserve and the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park,
Day 6.
Today we leave Killin and head south though the spectacular Scottish countryside were we will take a break on our way home.

The tour begins and ends in Preston, Lancashire (Preston connects regularly by train with Manchester Airport)
Cost Includes: B&B in the hotels, ferry crossings. Travel in the minibus, Sits visits and Entrance Fees
Not included: Travel insurance, please ensure you have all the relevant travel and health insurance.
