Since before the Romans arrived in Britain Yorkshire was the centre of Brigantia, the home of the ancient tribes that revered the Goddess Bridget but three thousand years before, mighty stone monuments were being erected across the lands to mark sacred places and pilgrimage routes. Over this weekend tour we will be visiting these amazing ancient sites as well as the historic sea side town of Whitby on the Sunday morning.
